H&K Advisory is the realization of two professionals, a visionary husband and wife, who have combined efforts, expertise, and vision into one company that would be unique in providing financial and event management advisory services.

Said HamadehManaging Partner - The Husband

A seasoned financial advisor with more than 22 years of experience in financial management, optimization methodologies, financial modeling, and M&A’s.
Said started his career with a regional airline carrier in the Middle East for more than 12 years to be the Chief Financial Officer. Post that, he then moved into the retail and hospitality sector where he headed the finance team of a startup business by two moms and ended up in a favorable acquisition by one of the most dominant operators in the Gulf region. Said was also part of the transformation team to restructure and save a leading last-mile delivery operator that uses a state of the art technology.
Said holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, a master’s degree in Finance from the American University in Dubai. This was then followed by several certifications by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Financial Modeling Valuation Analyst by Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) Canada.

Noura KhattarManaging Partner - The Wife

A passionate event planner who decided to follow her dreams.

Noura holds a master’s degree in Advertising from Notre Dame University, Lebanon as well as a post graduate diploma in Event Management from Humber College, Canada.

Her experience stems from planning several events starting with Charity & Fundraising, Community, as well as Kids events. Recently, Noura participated through a renowned group in Canada, in researching organization of Virtual Event Management. She was also engaged in developing a marketing plan for an inclusive intercultural leadership program in South Africa.
